SAP NS2® achieves DISA Provisional Authorization (PA) of SAP S/4HANA Cloud to support enterprise cloud operations for defense agencies

HERNDON, Va., May 2, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, SAP National Security Services, Inc. (SAP NS2^®) announced the DISA (Defense Information and Systems Agency) provisional authorization (PA) of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition. The DISA PA allows SAP NS2 to deploy SAP S/4HANA, and other cloud applications, within their U.S. Department of Defense secure cloud environment authorized at FedRAMP+Impact Level 4 (DoD IL4).

FedRAMP+DoD IL4 defines the security required to store, process, and transmit controlled unclassified information (CUI) related to military operations, export control, critical infrastructure, and more. Cloud service providers that follow the FedRAMP+DoD IL4 security guidelines support DoD agencies in their cloud transformation strategy.
